Beautiful. The process was not smooth but I am now happy after receiving it. The product is good (Print and Framing) and I am satisfied with purchase. For improvement: Lack of communication and confirmation during a week after placing the order, I was really concerned because it was my first time and the amount important (300 british pounds). After insisting it finally shipped 9 days after and arrived in 3 days, well packaged and protected. The process was terrifying but ended very well. I would buy again from your site for rare items I can't find anywhere else. Advice: More investment in your customer service. Thank you

The frame got to us with the shattered glass and we have been waiting for ages for any response or compensation ! I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company! Poor customer service !!

Print was received damaged. I repeatedly emailed and spoke to your rep about needing a replacement by January 10th. And I did not get it in time for a birthday party that weekend. Truly disappointed. I will never use your service again.
