My photography looks contemplatively at the commonplace, sometimes the conventionally unattractive, and illuminates their inherent beauty, mystery and subtlety—it's about simplicity, space, form, light, color, texture, time, stillness and relationships.   The images reflect emotions, concepts and experiences for which words often prove inadequate, and silently promote an empathic connection among artist, viewer and environment.   They are largely unaltered—found as opposed to assembled, and minimally manipulated postproduction.
